Just over two weeks on from the launch of TILT at the Cranstoun social justice conference in Brighton, I've had a chance to reflect on what has felt like a bit of a whirlwind. It's been incredibly fun telling people about this new system we're so passionate about and seeing the enquiries and completed free courses come in is really amazing to see. 

I'd encourage anyone and everyone to take advantage of our free course and share it amongst your colleagues! 

With just over a week to go before launch, I have decided to write a very brief blog on how I'm feeling. Simply put, I'm nervous! I have delivered trauma informed training face-to-face or through Zoom for over 5 years, but this is the first time I have developed something so out of my comfort zone.

But then this is the nature of becoming trauma informed. We have to take ourselves out of our comfort zone to keep learning and supporting the people we work with. As someone who delivers learning, I have to demonstrate this more than most.

I am delighted to be able to share TILT with the world and to be able to offer people and services a cost-effective option for their own trauma informed learning. Whether you want to get the basics from the FREE course, go through a full trauma informed ‘drip’ course or supplement your learning with our one-off courses, I am confident that TILT will be here for you.
